Back when I posted on Medium, I would regularly receive notice of deposits into my bank for $.76, sometimes even over $1! And I thought, look at me, I'm a paid writer! (snicker). I don't depend on my Substack (11 supporters, but I'm rich in friends) for income, but I love that your speaking gigs and workshops allow you to hobnob with people and share your stories.

A special thank you for the Dead Pioneers bashing of the “Orange King”. I was unfamiliar with the band; so now I have 2 new bands to enjoy (the other being Cheap Perfume who lent Stephanie Byrne to “Nazi Teeth”. Wish I could find a “my spirit animal ate your spirit animal” t-shirt…
