It's pretty bad, yeah. Opening the front door causes immediate coughing. The county immediately east of the city limits is 100% under some level of evacuation readiness. Those hell-winds have stopped, thank goodness. We are ok for now.

I've come up with a new version of doom-scrolling: checking the air quality updates. We've gone from "unhealthy" this morning to "dangerous". I'm beginning to think that the metaphor of 2020 being a dumpster fire is manifesting into reality.
