Here I am again, driven to realizing I don’t know fuck about anything except myself. I just wanna live from my heart these days and disengage my thoughts.

Oh, and, I wanna read the aforementioned poetry.

I fully agree with the need to listen. It's hard. We're so well trained for smug arrogance. It's part of what I seek when i practice silent meditation.

Same. Also, the woman who wrote The Artist's Way, Julia Cameron, has a new book coming out about listening. I know many people who swear by her methods, so who knows.
