I've just submitted a request that our local public library buy a copy for its collection. Perhaps other readers could do the same, as well as purchasing a copy of their own.

I preordered my copy from F&F in April. Since then I’ve been regularly encouraging my local library to put it on order. (Occasionally my encouragement has sounded something like: “HE’S A POET LAUREATE!! THIS IS A PUBLIC LIBRARY!! WE NEED THIS BOOK AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE!!”) So happy to see that it’s on order and will be on the library shelf right here in little Riverside IL!
Congratulations on such critical acclaim! (Can confirm from professional experience that Kirkus is notorious for handing out starred reviews very sparingly.) Excited to get your book in the mail & on the advice of another commenter, I’ve requested my library system order it. I hope you can enjoy this time to celebrate your accomplishment!
